It was the first time I have ever witnessed something horrible before. It was Sunday, hardly anything bad happens on Sundays.
At 6.36 PM my aunty Keri, my uncle Jared, my cousin Nikau and I went down to Birkenhead Wharf to have fun and jump off. Then all of us noticed that there were people on the wharf but no one was jumping off! I went to ask somebody what happened and a man said a kid got hit by a boat! A couple of minutes later an ambulance and a police car arrived.”KASPLOSH!” I quickly turned my head. A head popped up from the ocean. Immediately I told my uncle I was going to jump so...”KABOOSH” . The water was so warm.
I feel so sad for the kid that got hit by the boat hope he is not dead yet.Fingers crossed. Great recount by the way.
